Where can a large pre-teen buy cool clothes that are in style and good quality?

My younger half sis is ten and a half and in the fifth grade. She is about 5’2 and probably atleast 130 lbs. She could lose some weight but she will always be a ‘big’ girl. I understand that most of today’s youth are overweight so why is is so hard to find clothes for them? She is now too big for girls plus. She loves the junior styles and some of the extral large tops fit but not the pants. She would love to be able to shop in Limited too and Abercrombie for kids like her classmate but she can’t. Is there a mail catalog for plus sized teens and pre-teens? Or is there a store? Right now, she has to buy women’s clothing and hem everything and I know she wants to wear more fashionable things! I’m 5’8 and 125 lbs. and can wear almost anything and i know it bothers her but I reassure that a lot of people think I’m too skinny and most guys like girls that have a little meat on their bones and not too worry ’cause she could still slim out as she grows!
